Truths and Myths About the Vietnam War (2024)

This groundbreaking new film, “Truths and Myths About the Vietnam War” captures the information and lessons learned most Vietnam War veterans want reported about the war – as opposed to much of the information heretofore reported about the war - some of it made possible by archives and other disclosures available over the last 50 years since the war ended – a very important and long overdue film. Features an introduction by academy award nominated actor Sam Elliott. Produced for the Atlanta Vietnam Veterans Business Association Foundation.

Description: A dynamic 5-part series on the beauty of the Catholic vision of marriage and family life in the modern world. It explores the unique roles of men and women in marriage and their responsibility for raising children. It examines the significant challenges facing Catholic families today where the family itself has become a battleground. Features dozens of compelling speakers including Dr. Ray Guarendi, Carrie Gress, Tim Gray, Fr. John Riccardo, Sarah Swafford, Nicholas Healy, MLB players Trevor Williams; Mike Sweeney, and many more.

In the spring of 1945, the Roman Catholic priest inmates of the Dachau Concentration Camp sensed that the Allied victory in the Second World War was imminent. They also believed, however, that the Nazis would never allow them to leave the camp alive. On April 14, they began a novena entrusting their safety to St. Joseph of Kalisz. Unbeknownst to them, on the same day, Heinrich Himmler signed an order for the execution of all Dachau prisoners. Miraculously, Dachau was liberated by Allied troops on April 29, only hours before Himmler’s order was to be carried out. Our Liberator: St. Joseph and the Priests of Dachau tells this remarkable true story, and gives a powerful witness to the power of intercessory prayer.
