Filmography
Few players in the 150-year history of Major League Baseball have exemplified greatness both on and off the playing field more than Gil Hodges. The Dodger legend won championships in both Brooklyn and Los Angeles, and later managed the 1969 “Miracle Mets” to a shocking World Series win. But it his sterling character and leadership-- forged on the deadly battlefield of Okinawa, where Hodges served as a Marine during World War II, and on the Dodger infield where he played a critical role defending Jackie Robinson during the breaking of the color barrier--that define Hodges in this new documentary film produced to coincide with a critical 2020 vote to finally elect Hodges into the Hall of Fame.
Twenty-five years have passed since the death of Mother Teresa of Calcutta, sparking a renewed interest in this spiritual giant of the 20th century. Filmed on 5 continents and featuring unprecedented access to both institutional archives and the apostolates of the Missionaries of Charity, this film reveals not just who Mother Teresa was, but how her singular vision to serve Christ in the poor continues to be realized through the Missionaries of Charity today. This is far more than a documentary film. It is at once a soaring tribute to a spiritual icon, a powerful witness of authentic Christian charity, and a guidepost for all who seek hope in our turbulent times.
